Terms and Conditions

This website is primarily designed for retailers' use only. Unless pre-arranged with SIC Swiss Import, terms will be prepayment only, either via EFTPOS, by company cheque, or by MasterCard or VISA. Goods invoiced to the retailer remain the property of SIC Swiss Import until payment in full has been received. SIC Swiss Import reserves the right to retrieve their goods of equal value from the retailer if there is default in payment.

The retailer holds full liability for any goods with attached monies owing. In the event of the retailer going bankrupt, into liquidation, receiver appointed or changes in ownership, these conditions will continue to apply.

Claims of short deliveries or defective merchandise will not be recognised unless reported within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.

Should SIC Swiss Import have to resort to use external debt collection services as a result of outstanding and overdue accounts, the retailer will incur whatever fees related to the collection applicable.
